“I did enjoy our coaching sessions (too few) as I felt they gave me perspective on challenging situations. The areas for intended growth I found particularly useful and eventually acted on it by enrolling for a course that just peeked my interest and that I thought would be fun to do as it is completely different to my normal scientific, analytical work. The course teaches the basic skills of narrative therapy and although it is time-consuming and hard work, I am really having fun doing it! I think it is probably because it challenges my way of thinking considerably as it is not outcome-based at all and very creative in its approach.
